My daughter had it 2 weeks after her child was born and she also has been able to eat without hurting since then.

Received a phone call from Ruth (MissGizmo). She is requesting prayer today...she is experiencing problems with her sight in her left eye. She's waiting to hear back from her eye doctor.

Praying for Ruth and others!
Thanks again for the many prayers for Alicia and Erin. Ed signed the settlement papers yesterday so Alicia has temporary custody of Erin and Ed can only see Erin with either his dad or his aunt supervising. They have liberal times for his seeing Erin but either his dad or aunt must be present at all times that he is with her.
In 90 days we will face the permenant hearing. If Ed doesn't flip/flop again, that would be a short hearing but if he decides to contest, that will be another story. Thank you for your continued prayers. At least now Alicia has legal custody and he can't just show up wherever she is and get her and that was our biggest concern at the moment.

I appreciate the prayers. The surgery is over and the doctor thinks he's got cancer. We won't know for sure until the biopsy comes back in 5 days. The doc thinks the lymph nodes are cancerous, too. Again, we won't know that for sure for 5 days. Claud is almost 83 (he and I share a birthday!) and has been in failing heath now for several years. If y'all will keep praying, I'll update when we know more.

Oh Donna, of course we will keep praying! The waiting and not knowing is almost worse than knowing for sure! All of you are in our prayers!

Update from Ruth...she was seen by all 3 doctors in her Ophthalmologist's office. She was told she had blood behind her retina and she is waiting for a call from the specialist she has seen in the past at UVA for an appointment. They don't know what has caused it but told her they think it will go away and her sight restored. She was also told this will not delay the thyroid surgery she will have later in the month. Since they dialated her eyes today she was told not to get on the computer so she asked me to update you and to tell you all thank you for the continued prayers.

Asking for prayer for my eldest son...he starts a new security officer job at a fire truck plant tomorrow and they are laying off 200 people tomorrow from the plant. Expecting it to not be a peaceful layoff. Pray for safety and also for the 200 folks being laid off.
