On SN home page there is an update on the condition of those injured in the Dottie rambo bus accident. Please continue to pray for all.
God Bless.

Update on Police Officer shot yesterday in Knoxville. Please keep him in your prayers:
Officer Norman Rickman, 45, was shot multiple times Tuesday afternoon at a house in Northwest Knoxville. He underwent surgery at UT Medical Center and remains in critical condition Wednesday.
Rickman, who's in ICU, was able to give his family a smile and a thumbs up Wednesday morning, Knoxville Mayor Bill Haslam told the media.
Some of the rounds hit Officer Rickman in the chest. Police Chief Sterling Owen credits nearby residents on Rockbridge Lane in Northwest Knoxville with helping save Rickman's life. He was aided at the scene before emergency responders arrived.
Officials say Rickman was wearing his uniform but no bullet proof vest when he was shot. He also wasn't wearing a vest when he was shot in the line of duty in 2001.
Tuesday's shooting happened when Rickman responded to a burglar alarm call at a home on Rockbridge Lane.
Officials say Rickman saw two or three suspects climbing out a back window. One of the suspects opened fire on him.
Rickman hit his panic button, drawing an immediate response from other police.

It must be their option. He was not wearing one the first time he was shot a few years ago.

Tonight at a Greater Vision concert we heard a wonderful story of answered prayer. Rodney Griffin has been praying for his unsaved father-in-law for 14 years! About a month ago, the FIL was facing some serious physical problems and he realized that if he died, he would spend eternity in hell. The FIL accepted Jesus and was saved! Rodney said he prayed for his FIL every day, and he calculated that it was in over 5,000 prayers that he had pleaded with God for his salvation! God is still in the prayer-answering business! WE all need to be in the praying business!

Don't ever give up. Just Pray!

Praying for requests mentioned above and Praising for answered prayers!

I would like to ask you to pray for the sale of my son's house. He and his family moved to a new job last July (about 700 miles away) and have not been able to sell their old place. Someone is planning to have a look at it today and likely make an offer. Keeping up with 2 mortage payments as well as upkeep has been very difficult and stressful. Thank you for your prayers on their behalf.

Praying that God's will is done in each of the situations shared here, and rejoicing in the evidence that prayers do come true.

Live Oak Baptist Church in Watson, LA lost their sanctuary to a tornado last week. This congregation of 100- 150 is ably led by Howard Turner, the hardest working pastor I ever worked for (I was his MOM for 2 years). Already, God's hand is evident in this seemingly negative event, and I know that this will all work out for His glory. They could still use a prayer or two while they work through this.

zzzzzzzzzzz

Please pray for a situation that needs a LOT of wisdom as to how to handle things. There have been a lot of lies, much broken trust and many dangerous situations involved and it is hard to know what to believe any more. God must handle because we as humans have no clue as to what we should do.

Thank you so much for your prayers.

I would like to ask for prayer for a family that the Mother will be going to her heavenly home tonight by the way it looks. The cancer has about taken her. She is a christian, but is worried about her 20 year old married daughter & her 14 year old son. They have their Father, but it is still so hard for all of them. Please, pray for comfort & peace for all of them. Thank you for all of the prayers.

Please remember the members of Newtown Baptist Church in Calhoun. Their pastor is pretty sick and they haven't been able to determine exactly what the problem is. They think to start with he had a stroke and complications have set in from that incident. He is going to Emory for additional test.
This weekend the wife of a Deacon was killed in an auto accident.

An 11-yr old boy at my little church was 4-wheeling yesterday or Friday and ran out in front of a tractor-trailer -- he was pronounced brain dead and they have harvested his organs. His funeral is tomorrow. Please pray for that family.
