Rember the RAMBO family & friends this afternoon during visitation and tomorrow during the funeral. Several of our friends are in Nashville and/or will be traveling there. Pray for safe travels for them.

I am beyond stunned. I don't know what to say. My father just called. My grandmother passed away this afternoon about 2pm (ish).
My mother is not taking the news very well, and to be honest, I'm not either. Please pray for us over the next few days.

James, I am so sorry. I have thanked God many times for the fact that my grandma is still living and can imagine how I will feel when I get the news she is no longer with us. You will be in our prayers.

Thank you my friend. I'm still in shock over this whole thing. There are a couple of other people that concern me in this whole issue.
One of her children has medical issues that made him live with her. He was around 50 years old and unable to care for himself. Thing is, I don't think he trusts anyone but her. How's he gonna deal with this? I don't know.
The other issue is another of her children. He loves her, that much is certain. But he does not know how to express that. I won't go into details, but it has caused some serious rifts in the family. I seriously pray that the family can come together at least for the funeral.

I am very sorry to hear of the unexpected loss of your grandmother. It sounds like the family needs the Lord to put his loving arms around them and give them peace and strength in this sad time. I will pray for comfort and peace for your family.

Please be in prayer for my son's girlfriend. Wednesday she goes to the doctor to further test and possibly remove cancerous cervical polyps. She is 23.

The funeral will be at 1 Monday afternoon (Nashville time) for Dottie Rambo...there will be a Homecoming choir. I'd like to encourage you to pray for the family...pray for the other passengers who are improving, but still have a long way to go.
