Since the earlier person shared their mishap I'll share mine.

When we were once living at an apartment building I was so excited about my new job when I was backing out after going home for lunch I just booted the gas and nailed a little truck across the lot behind me! I felt so bad because the guy was cleaning it and polishing it so much the day before! My husband had to talk to him as I felt so bad about it I couldn't. Turned it was just his back bumper that was bent. But I took out a huge light on the rear of Mercury Monarch!!! That looked a lot worse!!

Around these parts it is very common to see folks driving while talking on their cell phones. I really feel this should be against the law, because I couldn't count the number of times I've seen someone run thru a stop sign or almost collide with another vehicle and they're just yakking away on their cell phone the whole time. Makes me wonder if they're even aware of their surroundings, or just too busy with their "important" conversation to take into account that people's lives could be at stake.

someone I know of has a really bad seizure disorder - she often has a grand mal more than once a week - and she's driving her mother's car around.
