The driver leaving his turn signal on and the passenger sticking his foot out the window.

ME! The first time I drove....went off the road and ran the car against a guardrail, but got so scared I forgot to take my foot off the gas, so I just continued to ride the car all along the length of the guardrail and totally demolish the classic car that my daddy had given me for my 16th birthday.

(Don't worry guys- I ended up learning from a professional instructor, and I'm a very good driver now. )

A guy driving on the interstate with both feet on the dash, eating an orange, and bobbing his head to blaring music.

My best friend's cousin's girlfriend once drove -- including shifting -- with her feet while she put on makeup.

Once I passed a dude who was trying to get dressed and drive both at the same time.

Has anyone else seen people pick their nose at a stoplight?

One time my darling husband who was driving down a small 2-lane road close to our house decided to "close his eyes" just for a minute because he was tired! When I looked over and saw his lids closed, my scream woke him up!! To this day I cannot believe he thought that would be okay!!

I've crammed for a biology test while driving to class. I think I even managed a 90 on the test.

I read this post in another forum.
"One of the things I used to do was racing people in dense city traffic. Some guy'd get cocky and try to race me in heavy traffic... and I'd just HAVE to put them in their place. It was way dangerous. Flying in and out of lanes, swerving around cars, passing in turn lanes, etc. I'd always win because I was more willing to do the crazy dangerous stuff. I cant believe I used to do that stuff and never got killed. It was a rush and fun, but now thinking about it scares the puddin' out of me."

I'd have to say not yeilding to a main highway, and totally not seeing our car right in front of their truck and running into us.

I've not seen this, but I've heard of it: Hitting a marked or unmarked police vehicle!

Once while I was sitting in a parking lot, an elderly lady pulled into the spot in front of me and ran into the front of my car. She then backed up, straightened her car up and rammed me again. This time she shut her car off (with it still sitting against my front bumper) and casually walked into the store like nothing had happened.

When driving a school bus I had a lady that backed into the side of the school bus and then got out of her car and told me "I did not see the school bus". My thought was if she did not see the bus she must be totally blind.

I also read this post in another forum.

I used to drive too fast....there is a mountain pass here in durango, co....red mountain pass.....no guard rails with good 200-300 foot drops. well I used to race myself from durango to ouray....a 90 mile trip that I could do in an hour and 10 min. one time I nailed it and ran it up....was coming to the turn so I hit the brakes...brake fade was so bad they didn't slow me down at all....drifted around a 25 mph corner at 70 mph..back end sliding out...scared me (edited). but I was stupid again and was doing 85 up a hill through a turn...back pass tire blew out and sent the car into a spin and flipped my cherry 280zxt off a 60ft drop 3 times landing on it's top. now I drive very careful.

Brushing his teeth. While driving. In the fast lane of a 5-line freeway. Going about 80 mph.

Where did he spit?

In 1995 I was in the passing lane of a busy two-lane highway posted with a 55mph speed limit, passing another car at probably 65mph. Along came another driver right behind me who apparently wanted to drive much faster than 65mph and didn't want to wait 10 seconds until I cleared the lane. He actually passed me on the gravel-and-grass soft shoulder to the left of my lane. Not only did he kick up a crazy-large plume of dust which created dangerous low visibility for everyone else, but he could have easily lost control of his vehicle and maybe crashed into any of us. I've never personally witnessed anything quite as foolish as that maneuver.

well, a long time ago in NYC I wanted to make a right turn, but there were about 5 cars ahead of me before the turn and a red light. I drove up on the wide sidewalk, almost hi someone (it was dark) made the turn and got back on the street before the light turned. Then I heard a siren! The cop was a couple cars behind me, so I raced ahead and over a hill to where he temporarily couldn't see me. Then pulled into a side street, parked and turned off my lights and ducked down. He kept cruising back and forth, but never got me. That's when I decided to stay legal.

ANother time, I was driving on a suburban street at the speed limit. This car raced up and rear ended me. He jumped out and started screeming and cursing that id I'd been going faster, he wouldn't have hit me.
