Are you getting enough water? Dehydration will cause dizziness too. My mom is always getting dehydrated. An easy way to check is to pinch the skin on the back of your hand, if it doesn't return to an unpinched state quickly, then you are dehydrated.

I take Lasix. I'm supposed to be dehydrated.
That's a good point though, because I've been working out in the heat and sweating a lot lately.
