Yesterday was my stress test. Thankfully, it was the treadmill this time and not the dreaded chemical injection. Everything went well. At least I'm still here to talk about it.
The goal on the treadmill was to get the heart-rate up to 147. With all of the blood pressure medication, that's no easy task because the heart resists beating faster even with strenuous exercize. With the treadmill at a running pace and me about out of breath, they called it 'close enough' with the pulse rate at about 130.
The full results will be in a couple weeks. I'll know more then.

Ray, sounds like things went well. Thanks for sharing the info too. I have never had a stress test and quite frankly I am a bit skeerd at the thought of having to. And really, I probably need to do one.
It's wonderful that you have been doing well since the heart attack. I can tell I am losing some weight, slowly but, I can tell.
I sure hope TooShy is getting some relief for her knees.
I feel like Alex is watching me while I type this message LOL!!
