LOL about the new misread name thread! Yup! We all have done it at some point I believe.

So Ray, tell 2Shy there's plenty out here in forums land that have had their handle massacred and misunderstood.

And we love her, no matter how we say it.

Also Congrats Ray on no more insulin. I am on the same pill you are on...500mg once a day. Hope that will be enough.

I still remember a certain new folder that was started back during the day, and for the life of me I always read it as "Personality for you" instead.

Diabetes is such a difficult thing to live with.... I know first hand. It makes me feel like food is my enemy.... and trying to lose weight is such a bummer!!!

It's sooo cool that TooShy is eating the same stuff..... that really does make a huge difference!

...

I miss read stuff here all the time.... cracks me up...

I read the most hilarious forums blur the other day. It was in a thread about whether it's right for a single woman to adopt a baby. One of my friends was the one doing the blurring. He responded by first disclaiming that he was a banker not a chemist and then went on to list various possible chemistry equations as a probable answer. I went back several times that day just to reread it.

I know for a fact that if your blood sugar drops by about 300 points...that will cause blur.

So I think the eqation for that is:

BS (Blood Sugar) + I (Insulin) = Blur

That was my problem. I had too much BS.
