Aww fiddle, Kimberly, I can't see your smileys . . . only blue boxes with question marks in them.

Maybe you should try again...it looks like my site was unavailable for a few minutes. I was working on a new recipe blog and couldn't access anything for a few minutes around the time you posted.

It would appear that there may have been a malfunction in one or more of the components due to a problem that may have been related to the inner workings.

.... you know... that's one thing I love (I know... sounds weird) about funerals....

The memories... and the laughter....

Not only that.... but being amidst others who cared just as much for that loved one who has left this earth....

It's almost like a HUGE hug in the pain....

(((((Sharon!)))))

Can I just say that your cyber-hugs are appreciated?
It's not easy to get everybody in there... you did a good job!!!

Rachel

It isn't weird.

Poppa and I met at his mothers funeral. He always says two things. 1) I was the last thing his mom did for him. 2) I was a 'ray of sunshine on the darkest day of his life'

What did it do that made such an impression? I made him laugh. I made a smart remark about my mom and her car and he LAUGHED. My mom was mortified and drug me away before I embarassed her any more.

I didn't tell my favorite part (because I'm at work and this isn't my thread)

Maybe later...

I'm glad you liked it.

C'mon Mbee, spill it. I've known you for a long time now and I've never heard this story. Inquiring (nosy) minds wanna know.

Sharon, I haven't read through the last couple of weeks worth of posts, but I did see where you lost your cousin. I am so sorry! You've been in my prayers, even while I was gone. Let me know if I skimmed over anything else important.

I got the book you sent me...thanks!

I agree. Mommabee has me curious now, too!

Catherine - I LOVE your avatar! Where did you get it, or did you make it??

I went to Google Images and searched for army sister and found it there.
