What is chicken chasseur?

I just put frozen chicken breasts in the crockpot and poured bbq sauce over them. We'll have shredded chicken bbq sandwiches on wheat buns for dinner. Not sure what for sides... Ended up having cheesy squash casserole on the side.

Last night I made pork steaks on the George Foreman Grill, baked potatoes, and green beans.

Tonight...who knows?

Spaghetti bake and garlic bread for the guys. I had mine with lowfat cheese, low cal/high fiber bread, mixed Italian veggies and a side salad.

Crockpot BBQ chix and I would like to serve it with slaw and buns, but I will have to get to the store for that to happen. If not, rice & veggies

I mixed up some brown sugar bbq sauce, honey and lemon juice and brushed it over chicken drumsticks. It turned out great! We had it with rice and peas.

Pea and potato soup and either homemade bread or biscuits (depending on how much energy I have this afternoon).
