I'm thinking homemade pizza, except I won't have leftovers to give Kevin for lunch tomorrow. Oh, well - canned soup, it'll be for him, just like today!

What scale/gauge railroad? My dad is big into 1" scale (big enough to ride on).

And just because it came from that magazine - what's the recipe?

Cabbage unrolled casserole. ( I basically made cabbage rolls, but layered it instead of rolling the filling into the cabbage.)

Last night we had chicken strips, mac and cheese, and salad for me and raw broccoli and carrots for hubby (after three years I learn he'll eat veggies if they are raw!!! Why didnt he ever say anything!! So now he gets raw carrots, broccoli, and/or cauliflower at every meal!!)

Tonight....not sure yet, but you can bet hubby will get his raw veggies!!

Karaboo, I'm interested in the brakeman's chicken casserole too!

Tonight is sandwiches again. Trying to figure out what to put with it. It might be some fried apples.

After the BBQ the kids had Nachos church night, me and DH had date night so it was shrimp and fries, then we had corn dogs and sandwiches last night.
Not sure about tonight. Been having a hard time getting the kids to eat anything.
