I'm going to roast a chicken tonight and then Dh can have it with roasted potatoes, and I can throw the chicken on a caesar salad (I hope I have enough parmesan cheese to make the dressing...)

Well, I ended up making Pinto bean, ground beef, cheese, and onion burritos for DH. I had pinto beans, ground beef, and onions but I heated them together in a frying pan and topped them with sour cream.

Pork roast, baked potatoes or stuffing, corn, slaw, biscuits, veggies and dip, and chocolate Bundt cake for dessert. Joe had a couple of friends over, so I made lots.

I'm still working on breakfast and lunch!

Last night we had bbq hamburgers and caesar salad.

Tonight, will be some sort of meat out of the freezer with some sort of veggie, and noodles or potatoes.... That could be anything!
