Is anyone besides me up at the crack of dawn to listen to the Hoppers on the radio station? I am fostering 2 newborn (well, they are 2 weeks old now) puppies so I had to get up at 5 anyway. I was thinking the other day that Karlye is really getting tall. Dean just said she is almost 5'9"!!!

And what a cute puppy that one is!!!!

Well she certainly didn't get her height from her momma!!! She must be a lot like her grandma, Connie.

If your talking about JoyFM broadcasting from the Hopper farm today, I was listening to it in the car driving to work.

My favorite Hoppers compilation cd is Classic Hits. It has Thats Him, Here I am, I just Want to make a Mark, Heavenly Sunrise, I am, Pure Mercy, One More Time etc I wonder why the Hoppers don't sell it on the table.

That sounds like a great CD. I have a few Hoppers recordings but I should get a compilation so that all my favorite songs are on the same CD.

The concert was great! I really enjoyed the hoppers singing. They did a fabulous job and hit all the big songs. I think the thing I liked best was that while they were singing Shouting Time (Kim actually messed up on it), they showed a video in the back of the various concerts they had sung that song at. That was really neat. The only thing I did not like was the crowds. I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone because it was so crowded they were just trying to get everyone through. Kim signed a picture for me and I got a pic of us together (I look horrendous so that won't be shown). All-in-all, it was fun. They look in person just like they do on the screen.

I don't remember precisely. I think it was when after they sing "I'm walkin' on the highway with my Lord, my name is written down in the courts above. It's shoutin' time in heaven, yes it's shoutin' time." The first time through it goes back to "It's shoutin' time in heaven" but the second time through it goes back to the "No Wonder" part. I think it was the time where it goes back to the "No wonder the angels rejoice to know" part and Kim jumped back to "Well, it's shoutin' time in heaven..." She recovered quickly though. She did something like "Well, it's...angels rejoice to know..."

I picked up the special package they had... The Ride, Celebration 50, Shoutin Time, and the Generations CD. I have watched all 3 DVDs. I think my favorite parts are the bonus features. But then, those are always my favorite parts on DVDs. lol I like The Ride the best of the two newer DVDs and I am really enjoying Shoutin' Time too, particularly the TV show bonus feature. Fun!

Celebration50 and The Ride are great DVDs!! I love the At Home feature with Dean and Kim, the tour of the farm with Claude and Connie, and the day with Mike. I love Shoutin' Time too. What is the TV show bonus feature about?

It's on Shoutin' Time and was a TV show they did back then, I guess. It has on it songs from Power, including You Got to Go By Grace and Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

One thing about The Ride CD and DVD, I wish that when they had done Yahweh they had sung the verse about Jesus dying acappela and slower. Think it would have been more dramatic. The way they did it it sounds too happy. I love the song though. :)

Canaan records has a special where you get The Ride DVD, 50th Celebration DVD and The ride for cd for 25 dollars. Visit the site at canaanrecords.com. Thats cheaper then the Hoppers were selling at their table.

I need to start praying for a Hoppers concert. They're the first mixed group I ever saw and every once in a while, I get a longing to see them again. This is one of those times. I'm so glad y'all have been able to see them though.
