ORIGINAL: KarenB Oh dear! I had more troll lore and that amazing story about the man in Washington that settled his struggle with a lug nut ...I mean...anyway, he got the shot gun out and need I explain where the bullet stopped? Lady, what ever are you talkin' 'bout? This man was having trouble removing the lug nuts from his wheel. He tried blowing them off with a gun. The buckshot (yes, buckshot) ended up in both of his legs instead. As for the troll lore...we were studying about the Vikings and got pulled into some of the wild and fun Norwegian troll myths. Nevermind...I would have to post a new message the size of one long web page to explain. I did mention that Gnomes are smarter than trolls, didn't I? quote:
Some people should be disallowed from being within a certain number of feet of anyone, no? Bye! I am going to try to stop back tomorrow. We are considering going wireless soon...costs 1/2 as much as Bresnan the Internet Monopoly does. Oh, and thanks for making me feel missed! Is your yesterday, today? I'll check in on you later (that's a Saturday. ) I signed up for Bresnan just a few days ago. 100 Bucks a month includes: TV beau coup channels, very fast internet, and long distance phone for anyone! To me that sounds like a deal. Wait until the sweet little introductory period is over and you have to pay regular price...the fine print, dontyaknow!

Hi y'all. Would you read that book to me, Ezri? I've never read it, never even held one in my hands. Does it turn out like the movie? I came to games and couldn't find trolls. It took a PM from April to navigate me to the place. You sure are hiding, being on the second or third page. Good to see you are keeping up the good work, even if not so frequently as before.

THEN he loaded some bags and some empty old sacks on a ramshackle sleigh and he hitched up old Max. Then the Grinch said "Giddap!" and the sleigh started down toward the homes where the Whos Lay a-snooze in their town... ..."This is stop number one," the old Grinchy Claus hissed and he climbed on the roof, empty bags in his fist. want more? Amazon.com has a Look Inside link for this book. It is short enough that you could get most of the story by clicking "Suprize me" they have 139 used & new available from $3.96 ~ezri

EVEN BETTER... From You Tube: How the Grinch Stole Christmas As read by Ja Rule on BBC Radio 1 it is 6minutes and 44 seconds long. The only video is the story is printed in a green font on a black screen ~ezri

Wow! Thanks, Ezri! At least I have read a little of it--on your post and on the video. But I will listen to it at home as there is no sound on this computer at the office. I am just having a break time. It comes too often these days. My job is just about over. I'm only here to fill in where needed and to help those who are learning my job--and they are doing so well they don't need me very much!

I think my Honey is softening up to the whole Scottish Heritage thing. Formal event in Feb. I need a "formal gown". I told him that I wanted a Hostess Kilt, he said "a what?" So I showed him. > link here < I told him that this would not be like the 3 formals I have hanging in the closet- he smiled and said "no, it won't be a satin tater sack with sequin sewed to it." and agreed to the purchase! I meant to say that the Hostess Kilt would not "go out of style" as it had been "in style" for a few hundred years- it is not a FAD and that it would have the leather fasteners that could be taken in or out by a few holes on the buckles if I gained or lost weight as he has seen with his kilt. BUT HEY! if the reason he gave is enough to convince him then YEAH! I simply cannot wait to get it! 4 weeks make time. the lady I ordered from said she'd have it in shop in Edinburgh, Scotland by Jan 25th and to me Via Express mail a few days later. I think he'd look really cool with his dress top and his kilt instead of the uniform pants. But I'm afraid the military would be a little uptight about creative attire.

Him wear his kilt with the jacket- Some HAVE done it BUT they were much higher rank than Jerry and I believe they were wearing the Official ARMY tartan. He is worried about MY Hostess Kilt matching HIS uniform. He'd never let me wear a hot pink dress with his uniform. It must "match" not MY rule- his. ~ezri
