we put the tree up on Thanksgiving or around that time!!! yes, i'm alright.. just have been busier than usual.

Hi Rach and everyone!
The perennial station here for Christmas did their usually flip last week. I still think its too soon though. Will I be shopping Friday? I do not know but doubt it.
Two of the places that popped up on Find Your Spot for me included Nashville and Norfolk, VA. Now I've been to Nashville, I do like it there for the most part except for Christianity being marginalized into a cultural thing.

I vacationed there a couple of times when I was a teenager. It's a nice place to visit, but I don't know if I'd want to live there. Plus, its population is nearly half that of the county in which I live. That's still rather crowded.
I also vacationed once in Norfolk. I have only two memories of that vacation - I got sick and Richard Nixon resigned as president. (I assure you that those were separate events.)

I am lazying around, kinda feeling unmotivated for stuff, but would like to get breakfast soon though. I would like to visit Virginia Beach someday. It was one of the first places I ever thought about going on vacation to.

Rachel, it looks like we crossposted.
I hope you have a great trip to Dallas this weekend.
As for the snow, I hope it stays away from here. We've got a guest speaker coming to my church this weekend and I'm scheduled to help out with some logistical matters. We've also got another congregational meeting scheduled for Sunday morning to discuss some major decisions we'll have to make over the next couple of weeks.
