http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1n6vj6qhXw&feature=related Another good one, featuring Wayne Maynard. Watch at the beginning of the clip, the young Anthony Burger at piano, and Sam Crowe at the Steel guitar!

Oh yes! .. i'm sorry, i posted it on the What recent concerts have you gone to thread! lol, but i'll add some here too! It was a wonderful concert! It was at a beautiful place called the Amish Door Restarant and Inn, great food, the dinner came with the ticket. I took my mom and her friend Lois with me. Lois had never seen the Kingsmen before and she just fell in love with them and their music. Then me and Mom are long time Kingsmen fans anyway. Mom wore her Kingsmen 40th Ann. reunion tshirt, and Ray made a comment from the stage about it, she got a kick out of it. He said that shirts getting a little old! LOL. I told him i would have bought her a 50 year Reunion tshirt , but they were sold out! The guys were great, and i am not just saying this cause i like Ray, but he just seems like his voice gets better every time i hear him!!! i mean it, Very deep and clear. A beautiful voice, especially when he sang Healing Stream. I had a perfect seat real close to the stage, just a few feet away. Yes, i missed the band , but they had Zack Swain on the piano, or keyboards, and he was wonderful! i mean , they said he was just filling in, but i sure hope they would hire him permanently, he was just great on those keys! I was very impressed with that boy! Unfortunately, they did not have the new project yet, so they did not sing any of the new songs. But they sang mostly from Good Good God, and Past is Past, plus old classics like Healing Stream, Saints Will Rise, Go and Tell Somebody, Wish you were here,; done wonderfully by Bryan. They did many of my favorites. I got to talk to Ray, Bryan, Brandon, Zack, Phil, and Huggy, i guess all of them! lol. Mom told me they sounded better than ever, i was happy that she enjoyed herself. I bought the $40 special, which had the 2 new DVDs and CDs plus Rays solo cd, and the Honor the Heritage Vol 1. I had all the stuff, so i divided it up between my mom and Lois. They loved it! lol. It was a real joy to see my favorite group again , Live.

Mighty Fine, Mighty Fine!! Aw-right!! Unfortunately, it rained. Fortunately, they had already decided to move the concert indoors. Unfortunately, the weather most likely kept a lot of people at home. Fortunately, it was like an up-close-and-personal private concert, since the crowd numbered about 150 people. This lineup of Kingsmen has a strong, good quality sound. They're currently trying out a piano player named Zack Swain. The Greenes were also there with Paul Lancaster in his second week. That's going to be a good combination.

I heard the copy of the new CD when I was visiting at Harold's house last week and then saw them in concert. The new CD is GREAT. Be sure and get it when it comes out. (If nothing else it'll keep my son-in-law's paycheck coming LOL) Seriously you don't want to miss it. It has some really good songs on it.
