Hello everyone!!
I've been out on the road and very busy at work so I've got some catching up to do.
Thursday 6/19: Josh 21-24
Friday 6/20: Judges 1
Today Judges 2-5. The amazing thing about the early part of Judges is that it describes so many of us today. Times get hard and we look to God. Then when things get better we get drawn away. Times get rough again and we look to God, Fortunately He is merciful as well as just and he picks us up, brushes us off and sets us on the right road time after time.
Imagine how much easier life would be if we didn't have to keep making so many detours after things we don't really want anyway.

Just a quick personal note.
I was traveling on Wed and Thur. Coming home was an adventure. My fight was supposed to take off at 4:20PM (connecting in Detroit). It was canceled. So they rerouted me to another flight at 5:20 (connecting in Charlotte) . It was delayed until 6:00. We boarded and sat on the tarmac for an hour. The plane broke.
The rerouted me again to a flight at 8:00 (connecting in Washington National). The only reason this worked is taht the plane from Wash National to Indy was delayed. It got off the ground on time.
Got to Wash Nat and that plane was delayed until 10:00!!
Finally Got to Indy (at 11:45) waited 1/2 hour for my luggage and found that it went to Charlotte!!
I went and got teh cra and came back and by then my luggage was due at 12:34AM. It arrived on time and off home I went. Got home at 2:10AM.
It was a long day.
Today me and the Girl took our longest bike ride together ever. About 2 miles I think. And she was still ready to ride more when we got home!!!

The Girl just lost another tooth. She's quickly running out of chewing options. Hope the new ones come in soon!

All male type personnel (Except daddy and papaw) are to keep a 50 yard distance from the Girl.
Judges 11-15.

John, I know someone that has a six-foot finger rule. They say that it works very well for keeping ne'er-do-wells, ruffians, and men in general at a distance.
