Hi spunky!

How do you like your new neighborhood?

Have you met any of your new neighbors?

And aside from this smiley, what are your top 5 favorite smileys?

Greetings Your Spunkiness

Here's my question. Why didn't you use your super powers (which you keep secret by not revealing you line of work) to maintain this thread in singles?

Second question. You're not Irish but do you have any Scot or British blood in ye?

Spunky-Gal ... I keep getting lost in your new neighborhood!

Any words of wisdom that can help in my navigations?

Blessings! and have a good night.

Well, you know me. I love to move, so yeah, I love my new neighborhood.

Actually, I visited this neighborhood quite regularly before I moved here, and all the neighbors are really great.

What? There are OTHER smileys??

OK... here are my 5 OTHER faves at this moment in time:

I know this is going to be tough news to handle, but I think it's time for you to know that there are a few people in this world who have even more amazing super powers than I have: Fritz and his posse of mods.

Second question. You're not Irish but do you have any Scot or British blood in ye?

Yes, sir. I do. I have ancestors who came over on the Mayflower, and my family tree can be traced back to the 13th century...

WHAT! you mean you're not the ultimate super hero I've been dreaming of since I got here!

My entire world is crumbling about me, Pardon me for a moment while I cry (WHAAAAAH, WHAAAAAH) OK I'm better now. (I think)

Now that is too cool. I can trace my family tree back to about 1900. It's easy though cause it doesn't have any branches

Here's my new improved question: How in the world can I get an avatar to post? I've got a picture uploaded and it shows in my profile (next to the upload avatar item) but doesn't display over there <----------------

1900? That would only take me as far back as my grandparents!

For many years I have thought it would be cool to marry into a family who DIDN'T know all of their genealogy so I could do some NEW research.

In "My Profile," in the section called "My avatar," click on Upload my picture (will replace the existing one). Or if you want, click on Click to choose avatars . I've never done that, because I think it's much cooler to find your own.

If you upload your own, remember that you have to click "OK" about a zillion times. Well, it's probably only four times, but make sure you click "OK" at the end of editing your profile to make sure all of the changes take effect.

Yes. I have done some folk dancing and contra dancing, but my favorite is tap dance. I've actually performed on stage a couple times... as an adult!

Aww, thanks! (and it's OK to not have a question!) Sometimes the simplest situations can be quite convicting. Obviously we're not going to be perfect, and there was nothing wrong with what I did, but I could have been more thoughtful...

It's still not taking. It won't let me OK the profile after uploading the picture. Gives an error message. Any hints or places I can look? Found a thread in feedback but it didn't tell anymore than you did.

Spunky, what was the last time you went more than 1 state away from the state you live in?

Try clicking "Apply" instead of "OK."

John, I've had that same problem.

Spunky---any other suggestions than "press apply"?

Wonder if the problem is that I'm on a Mac?

Not really. Did you *try* clicking "apply"?? What happened?

No idea. I haven't used one in ten years.

Nothing. Then when I click "OK" it takes me to a screen that says "Object has been moved Here" with "here" being a link to an "error in server code" dump.

Do you think it just doesn't like me? (be nice )
