Got a doctor's appointment and then a gym appointment.. a meeting tomorrow evening and of course I'll have to get my room in a state that I'll be comfortable leaving... because I have a busy weekend ahead of me... I have a bridal shower and a wedding on the same day.. and my Pastor has called for a mass clean up crew to go through the new church one last time before me move into the new facilities... there's never a dull moment in my days...

Okay...

I've done a teeny bit in the room... not enought to get a gold medal for by any means.. but I'm done hanging things... just got to fold and put things away now. The laundry pile is piling... mybe I'll do a load as I go to bed... nothing like the sound of the washing machine to lull you to sleep...

I'm having this... child at Christmas feeling with the forums... I keep coming back.. eyes are burning... butt is hurting but I keep coming back... to check sub's... see who's online... why can't I stay away... it must be Christmas

I went to the gym today... saw a cutie pulling up in his truck as I was leaving... there's always tomorrow... He was up there rather early though... on a normal day I wouldn't run into him cause I'd still be working. And no... I'm not going to the gym just to see cuties but hey... I'm not blind

I think that I shall let this post be the final word of the evening for me. I have got to resist no matter what. I shall not be back on

OMG What do you call it... its not CW... its not C.Com... Oy Vey! Brain overload...

I know this is gonna sound weird, but: Drink 12 ounces of water.

Sometimes a headache is due to dehydration. If your head doesn't feel better in thirty minutes, then take something. (That is straight from the internist I used to work for)

More often than not, it works for me.

I practiced a very bad workout yesterday.... I haden't eaten at all before I went to the gym and I hadn't drank any water ... I drank one little bottle the entire day... and probablt none the day before that... I hate to drink water.... I know I know....
