I feel better now that i've got a little more mobility back...lol

I was so stiff I could barely move.

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/7/2008 12:01:00 PM)

MY mobility is telling me to go to bed, and I will soon.

AngelInWaiting1983 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/7/2008 4:55:04 PM)

I understand Trish. I've gone back to be 2 mornings in a row. Makes it hard when I really want to stay up and talk to Cam, but the bed has won.

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/8/2008 10:35:37 AM)

Yeah, I was wondering how you two were handling the time difference.

AngelInWaiting1983 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/8/2008 3:30:53 PM)

Well he signs in about 8ish at night my time. We talk for a few hours pending on whats happening that day for him. Then I wake up about 8ish in the morning to talk to him till he goes to bed. Its so much better than me staying up all night like I was.

amymelissa -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/8/2008 9:45:18 PM)

The time difference is really annoying me, mainly at work. We have one office in Adelaide (where I am) and one office in Perth. They don't start Daylight Savings until the 26th Oct so for 3 whole weeks there is a 2 1/2 hour time difference.

AngelInWaiting1983 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/8/2008 9:53:57 PM)

We don't change till November 2. So we went from being 14 hours apart to 15 hours. On the 2nd it will turn to 16 hours.

[&:] Can't ya tell i'm excited?

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/9/2008 8:23:55 AM)

Thanks for that. I was wondering when daylight savings started for us.

All night on the computer isn't good. I used to do it, but not any more.

McGuinessMagee -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/9/2008 8:26:12 AM)

Dh's mother rang at 4.45am yesterday to let us know J and X were on the aeroplane. She'd forgotten we weren't on Daylight Savings too.

That's a pain, isn't it?

Maybe they should just dump daylight savings across the country and be done with it. [;)][8D]

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/13/2008 1:15:55 PM)

Anybody looking forward to warmer weather?

AngelInWaiting1983 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/13/2008 3:02:17 PM)

Not me. [:D]

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/13/2008 8:11:18 PM)

I should imagine you wouldn't be. Within the next few days, it's supposed to be 31C or 87.8F, something we haven't had for a while. The days have been warm, and the nights cooler. That's been ok. I'm not sure how I'll go in the warmer temperatures.

AngelInWaiting1983 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/13/2008 8:29:05 PM)

Its starting to turn into the 50's and 60's here.

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/13/2008 9:49:56 PM)

That's more like our warmer night temperatures.

AngelInWaiting1983 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/13/2008 10:25:23 PM)

Well we're moving into Fall/Autumn. It feels wonderful outside at night.

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/14/2008 12:05:00 PM)

Supposed to be high humidity here the next couple of days. [:o][&o]

McGuinessMagee -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/14/2008 4:35:52 PM)

Dh is in Balaclava from today to Friday. He's looking at warm temps in SA while we're looking at cool and rainy for the next couple of days.

I can't believe I have a child this old... last night I went to J to a school night where they got to choose their electives.

Lots of parents have been where you are.

Anybody going to get involved in the Community Christmas Card Exchange this year? We've finally got somebody to organise it. I think it's a lot of fun.

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/19/2008 11:15:26 AM)

G'day everybody. How was your weekend?

amymelissa -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/19/2008 6:15:14 PM)

G'day Trish. I had a great weekend. I got to go paintballing with a youth group yesterday. I'm a bit sore now but it was so much fun!! How about you? What did you get up to?

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/19/2008 8:26:14 PM)

I had a quiet weekend. I wasn't feeling the best. It was ok though. I managed to get some reading done, some of the recipe cards done for Christmas gifts and rest.

Paintballing would have been fun!

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/25/2008 12:46:22 PM)

Just over an hour now before WA joins in on daylight savings.

cherish405 -> RE: Calling all Aussies and Kiwis and their admirers (10/26/2008 12:33:31 PM)

Hi everybody.

I was just wondering if you were considering joining the Community Christmas card exchange this year. If you are, could you please follow the link and sign up? Thanks.
