I suggest you click on the FAQ link in the Forums Tools box at the top of the page and read through that.

Then I suggest you go to Frequently Asked Questions folder and read through that.

Should give you a good start.

How big is your support staff (paid and volunteer)? With a site this big, I would think just maintenance would be a huge chore.

Well... Salem Web Network is owned by Salem Communications. This is the largest Christian based media company in the us with over 1500 employees.
