Hello Trish. Sorry you don't like massages. I love them! John massages my feet every morning and my back every night (I'm spoiled). I have poor circulation in my feet, so I need them rubbed to keep the blood flowing. He loves doing it!

........ ooooohhhhhh!!!!!!!

You have a wonderful WONDERFUL husband!!!

I love LOVE foot massages.... I gave my middle daughter one a month or so ago..... she said in a dreamy voice, "I feel soooo loved... "

....... and she's right! Getting a foot massage makes me feel so loved, too!

I hope God blesses me with a wonderful husband, too, DebbieLynne!

I hope so too, Rachel!

Mike ~ you should go visit a chiropractor!

Now why see a chiropractor? Its a common thing, and it is muscle related.

Just because back pain is common does not mean you should accept it. Cancer is getting quite common and people do not say "owell, whatever" to that.

Are you sure your spine is in proper alignment? I chiropractor could take some xrays and you could find out. It seems like your back in in pain a lot.

Its not a constant pain, it is just off and on instead.

I think of foot massages and just think, "ICK!" Maybe I'm just strange. I'm the only one allowed to touch my feet. The doctor suggested I saw a podiatrist not so long ago and I just about passed out at the thought of it!

What's this? Something hot and spicy that Denny doesn't like?

I used to work with this Polish guy that would bring in home-made kielbasa with home-made horseradish to go with it. It was wonderful! But that horseradish would stay with you for days.

I found Denny's weakness. He really dislikes horseradish.

Sore and tired today. Had a session at the gym at noon. Most of it was ok, but when she put on the cross trainer, (my first time), I didn't handle it too well. My legs were fine with it, but my shoulders and arms didn't like it. I looked over at the trainer when she asked me how I was doing with it. It didn't take her long to figure out how I was doing with it. She was telling me how pale I was looking. Just as well, as I felt like I was going to pass out!

Had a funeral after the gym today. It was the mother of friends of ours who we haven't seen for a while. As soon as I saw it in the newspaper, I knew that I had to go. The daughter in law used to be the worship coordinator at our church and she was always so helpful to me, always so supportive. I had to be there for her and her family.

Yeah, the woman whose mother in law passed away, used to be our worship director. She's always been such an encouragement to me over the years. Her husband and family are lovely too. When I saw the death notice in the newspaper, I just knew that I had to go so that I could be there to support the family even though I haven't seen them for such a long time.

I didn't do much today. I was supposed to go to the gym and go shopping, but my body has been in so much pain that I just couldn't manage it.

Depression has worsened so bad in recent times to, that I just seem to bawl all the time. John and Joan don't know what to do for me, other than pray. It's so hard on all of us at the moment.

Hi everybody. I hope that I'm still going to be able to keep regular contact with you all over the next days. Our friends have arrived from Wales and they will be taking up a lot of our time. I'll be here as much as I can though.

If you feel led, please pray. There are some difficult family issues going on with this family at the moment. They are not Christians, and some of the discussions turn VERY interesting, as they believe in UFOs, extra terrestrials etc.

Sometimes it's those difficult family issues that God uses as tool.

Hi, Trish! I've just read that a lot is going on in your life right now with your depression getting worse and some of your friends with different beliefs visiting whom you feel lead to be a witness to; however, you also feel cautious on how to be a witness to them without offending them and/or upsetting them. That is what I understand from what I've read.

Remember that the Lord loves you and he will get you through the waters of the difficult and trying times in your life. The Lord speaks to His children in the book of Isaiah in verses 43:1-2 & 4 (NIV) and the verses read as follows: "I (the Lord) have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you... they will not sweep over you... because I love you...". Remember that these verses still apply to Christians today. I have written your prayer requests down on my prayer request list as a reminder to myself of the things I need to pray for. I pray that your troubles and concerns improve for you, that you never cease having faith in the Most High God, and also never cease praying to Him. God bless you today and always!
