Well this happened yesterday, but I' m posting in the wee hours of today. I'm thankful that the DSL camera I ordered came in time for my birthday and before I fly out next weekend (going on a well-deserved vacation).
I'm thankful for my four friends who took me out for the evening to celebrate my birthday.
I'm thankful for the way God arranged things, so that I didn't have to feel rushed to complete everything today.
God is just wonderful isn't he. We have to remember this in the tough, try to hold on times, too.

I am thankful that my son came and played his horn in the orchestra this morning and even sat with me through the whole message and did not even fall asleep.
I am thankful that the gentleman that let my son play with his trombone for the past five years gifted it to him as a graduation present. This is a very expensive horn that is vintage and hard to find.
I am thankful that last night's drama was taken care of and nobody was harmed.

I was struggling with learning some information for my new job. I am thankful that I was able to learn it. I'm also thankful that I'm considering to lose weight - the weight was coming off very slowly before - and now it is coming off much faster.
But most of all, I'm thankful that an acquaintance of mine recently rededicated her life to christ. She was living close to me and a few people were praying for her. The Lord opened up times when we could talk with about Christ. She joined a church that she recently found and rededicated her life. I'm so thankful that the Lord let me see the entire cycle of witnessing to walking with him again - it was such a blessing to me to be able to be part of it.

I thank Him for His divine protection over me and how He continue to provide even in the midst of a divorce and economic uncertainty. I also thank Him for my son's safety as he serves in the USMC.
