I understand most of the stuff you need to do in order to receive blog space, but it seem unsafe to ask people to post their "REAL" first and last name!

I mean you read article after article on the web NOT to post real names, information, etc that may indentify you. I mean can't adminstration just that have for safety reasons - and not place that out publically? It seems like you are placing people in danger!
