Hi, decided to post here as of late, I have been posting on the more thought-provoking forums and needed to take a breath from it all. When I take life less serious I ..... listen to soft roc oldees or play a game of cards with my wife, how about you?

Laugh !!!
A good old fashioned laugh, right from the depth of your body, does a lot of good. It's a lost art you know. People don't laugh very much these days. Which is a pity.
When you laugh the body releases dolphins inside you. Which is good because they tickle you from the inside and help you relax.
So find a good reason for a grand laugh. An old video movie - Marx Brothers, or whatever you enjoy. Altenatively make your own fun !!! ???

My adorable kitty helps me to unwind.
Reading my daily devotional or the Bible is another stress-buster.
Talking bubble bath, with soft music, good book to read while relaxing in the tub are also another hint to relax.
Taking a nap during the day.
Listening to soft music.
Calling a prayer line....

laughing with a baby.
playing catch with a preschooler.
taking the time to listen to a 5 year old tell YOU a story.
Take a long walk with a loved one.
Hold hands.
Put your life in perspective! Be grateful for what you have and for what you don't.
