A Spiritual Place - Warrior Mom Wisdom - Week of July 19

Warrior Mom Wisdom Devotional

HE BRINGS US TO A PLACE SPIRITUALLY BEFORE HE DOES SO PHYSICALLY

Our spirits are seated in the Heavenly Realms where He has gone ahead to prepare a way for us.

He has prepared the way. He left a pathway: a narrow path.

But to find it, we must be tuned into the Holy Spirit Who directs our steps.

The way that we are attune to the Holy Spirit is through His Word (we must read it daily as if it is food and water!) and prayer.

Our seat is in Heaven, but our body is still on this earth; therefore, our internal compass (the Holy Spirit in partnership with our spirit) seeks out and leads us upon the narrow path, along the pathway of His will in our lives, every day, until our last day when our spirit departs and we fully claim our seat in Heaven.

But the enemy seeks to sway us, to pull us off the narrow path. He sways us by getting us to focus on emotion, self-righteousness, and physical circumstances (good and bad physical circumstances).

God’s will is that we would be blessed and be used for His glory, but to do that we must walk in the Spirit and not be swayed by mere physical sight, touch, feelings or circumstances. We receive things: insight, wisdom, blessings, and understanding first spiritually; then, they manifest physically.

He brings us to a place spiritually before He does so physically.
