Zeph 3:17 (ESV) 17 The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

THAT'S the verse. I never hear anything about it from the pulpit. Just wondered if anyone else was aware of it.

I think I would disagree with that part about "He...adores us..." but otherwise, you are correct.
Just think of someday hearing God sing at our victory.
