I have heard this mentioned a few times but can never put my finger on it at all. So, what is a dork and why are they so popular these days?

Don't have any idea if dorks are popular now-a-days.

For me a dork is someone who doesn't use the common sense God gave them.

Psh, is that all? I thought it was as far as most people got in saying "doorkeys" before they are killed by their psychopath neighbor. Or maybe its just me.

I looked in the mirror and the definition hit me square in the face.

ROFLOL! I'm probably one of those you heard it from huh Mike?

I'm going to ignore the real definition of dork (whatever it is) and give you mine. To me, a dork is someone goofy, funny and light-hearted. My FH to me is a "dork" and I have always been attracted to that kind of guy. Every time he says something totally goody, I say, "You are such a dork!" He laughs.

I think "dorks" are popular cause not only can they be serious and manly but fun and silly at the same time.
