Some of the threads have circle of stars. I moved my mouse over a couple of them, and they noted "X" amount of vote.

LOL that one has me lost! You can vote on threads?

Hnt,

You can "vote" for a thread by clicking to open it and then Rating the First post, or OP(Opening Post). The link you need to click to rate the post in in the bar below the post to the right. Click the word "Rate". Another window should open up... It is fairly self explanitory from there

PS Some of the folders do not allow rating, like this one...
