Oh, I wave quite a bit too, I wasn't dissin' waving, I hope you know that. I just thought this lady was interesting..not bad or anything just interesting. When I was in Savannah, Georgia, and was on a bus tour, they pointed her out, and THEY said her purpose was in finding a man, but this article indicates otherwise.
