... excerpt from the book ... So why does man glory in that which is natural rather than Supernatural? Because if God is Supernatural and Man was created in God’s image we also would be supernatural, right? So why would anyone glory over what’s natural or seek to condemn what’s un-natural? As to say “natural” being according to nature ... is a intended blessing from God when it isn’t. Anything short of our created state of excellence is a failure in the eyes of God and that is where we “ALL” stand, and sit. Supernatural failures bumped down to a lower existence. NATURAL ... an abominable condition God did not create, Adam’s fall did. So where’s the glory in being one with nature because I see none. Ecclesiastes-1:2 " Meaningless! Meaningless!" says the Teacher. " Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless." Proverbs-12:15-16 The ways of a fool seems right to him, but a wise man listens to advice. A fool shows his annoyance at once, but a prudent man overlooks an insult. Psalm-4:2 How long, O men, will you turn my glory into shame? How long will you love delusions and seek false gods? Galatians-5:16-17 So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want. These are God our Father's words!! Peace

We are'nt completely natural, because we have the power to contact supernatural beings. We can interact with the super natural, but we usually choose not to because it can be dangerous. No, we are'nt completely natural, from what I can see. What God meant by in His image is that he looks human. God probably has two arms, two legs, a head and two eyes and a nose. That's what I believe that that scripture means, at least.

ORIGINAL: fallenstar God probably has two arms, two legs, a head and two eyes and a nose. That's what I believe that that scripture means, at least. Not quite.. in examining Scripture, two facts become clear: First, that God is a Spirit, and does not possess human characteristics or limitations; second, that all the evidence contained in Scripture agrees that God revealed Himself to mankind in a male form. God exhibits all the characteristics of personhood: God has a mind, a will, an intellect, and emotions. God communicates, has relationships, and God’s personal actions are evidenced throughout Scripture. As John 4:24 states, “God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” Since God is a spiritual being, God does not possess physical human characteristics. Having said that, keep in mind that sometimes figurative language is used in Scripture to assign human characteristics to God in order to make it possible for man to understand God. This assignment of human characteristics to describe God is called “anthropomorphism.”
