Ok, we used to have a 3 box setup at home where my computer was the server for ICS and 2 clients all running Windows Vista. We usually had no problems sharing the internet or files on our home network. I bought a Wireless G Router finnally so that I can work on people's computers without taking the entire network down with me. Followed everything step by step and the internet is awesome. The problem I'm having now is I cannot access the printer or folders over the LAN. I kept the same workgroup name, same computer names but we absolutely cannot share files or see other files. Yes I'm running Vista. :P Does anyone have any ideas? : ) I just wanted to add that for now all 3 boxes are wired.

1. All 3 boxes are wired temporarily, and it is working, but it doesn't work wireless. 2. All 3 boxes are wired temporarily, and it's not working any better than it does wireless. Which is it?

All 3 boxes are wired into it and they will stay that way for now until we move and I figure out which ones will need wireless and which ones won't. So all 3 are wired, all 3 can access the internet but I cannot share files or the printer between the 3. I may have had a breakthrough disabling the 2 norton firewalls gets me access.

At my end, Zonealarm requires explicit firewall exceptions. Maybe you can do the same with Norton. I don't know anything about their products. Norton may have seen the existing network as a Brand New Network after you swapped routers, and subsequently applied its default (completely locked down) settings.
