I've had a great day. You can read about it in my Kerrlaw Takes the Stand thread in Southern Gospel.

I also have a cat named Smoky, he is currently lying at my feet.

My normal avatar is Bubba, the best animal who ever lived.

He died in June, 2005, and I still miss him every day.

I have four great kitties, all of which are in hiding now, due to the grandboys visiting.

I have been hosting foster kittens. So far I have had eight different ones at my house.

That's great, humbleinspirit! I enjoy posting here so much, I wish I could do it 24/7, but I don't think I could sit that long.

How are you doing?

My kitties are getting used to the new carpet on the sun porch, where they spend most of their time.

I'm glad they're doing okay. My cat is doing fine too. He's sleeping right now on a hard chair, with the top of his head resting on the chair. That makes my neck hurt just looking at him.

Good morning Melissa, I am doing ok. I would would be here 24 hours/7 days a week too, but then that would both consume me and I neglect other friends in my life though.

Good afternoon, humbleinspirit! I'm glad you're doing okay. I feel better today too. How's the weather in your area? Here it's hot and muggy, so I'm staying in my air-conditioned house until I go out to pick the garden later today, when it's cooler.

Hi Melissa, it is really hot outside from what I hear! I do need to head out at some point, but I am not entirely motivated to do so yet though.

Hi Melissa, I just read your blog and just wanted to echo what you said in your blog that you are a child of God, you are a new creation, a child of the King!

Thank you, Mike. I'm feel like singing that old Gaither classic, "I'm a Child of the King".

You need to spend more time with us in Southern Gospel.
