http://www.christiananswers.net/archaeology/home.html

http://www.christiananswers.net/dictionary/capernaum.html - on this one, scroll down to Peter's house. It is one of the most exciting I have read about especially the inscriptions referencing Jesus Christ of Nazareth This one is so exciting to me also because Jesus spent so much time here

There are many, many other findings. For example the Dead Sea Scrolls. The book of Isaiah found in the scrolls is almost exactly the same as the book of Isaiah we have now...

Not yet. There have been many locations thought to be the resting place of the ark but no definitive ship remains have been found yet. One thing to note is that in the original Hebrew Ararat means "the curse reversed: precipitation of curse" and also foreign. So the name may simply mean they landed on mountains foreign to Noah. Take a look at the description of the mountains.

Genesis 8:4 and on the seventeenth day of the seventh month the ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat.

Here is a site that searches for some of the artifacts associated with Biblical stories.

I'm inclined to believe that Noah and his family used the wood of the ark to build their homes. Seems to me all of the other wood would have been water logged after the flood and not strong enough to build with.

Do you remember that book from 1976 by David Balsinger "In Search of Noah's Ark"? They even had pictures of the "Ark" in the book. They even made a movie about it!

So the Ark has been found, they are just keeping it a secret!

Here's the link to the alleged photo of the "Ark" taken from 10,000 ft.

No I don't remember the book. I do remember the In Search of TV series hosted by Leonard Nimoy. Bob Cornuke of the BASE Institute researched those sites while looking for Noah's Ark and found them to be geologic formations. Still the search is interesting for what what it is uncovering.

Gosh. I almost forgot that. As far as narrators go Leonard Nimoy, Donald Sutherland and Richard Attenborough always seemed to have their voices in almost all the good documentaries!
