So who else has to suffer through this with their kids tonight? They make me nutso. I know they're supposed to be nice Christian boys but, to me, they look like the Monkeys meet Menudo! Even my 7 year old son was just running around screaming that it was about to start . . . that disturbs me.

CSL, My four kids (two boys, two girls, ages 5-12) are in the next room watching it right now... they were also huge fans of the High School Musical movies, too. How about your kids? :)

My girls watched it. My boys, I think, are too young to care. Lucy

My son who's 13 and he will not admit he likes them but was watching it tonight and DVR it. Funny thing is that his friend came over to pick up something and he grabbed the remote control and changed the channel. I told him 'bet ya...he's watching the same show at his house' -- so far he've watched it twice tonight.

That's funny, jodavi! The Jonas Brothers were barely in that movie! It was all about the girls. But the scenes they were in made it pretty clear why they didn't base a whole movie on their acting skills alone. Yea, while Vanessa Hudgens will probably never win an Academy Award, HSM was way better than this movie last night. Dd was really into HSM and we just saw a poster at the movie theater for HSM3. Her 8th birthday party was on the night that HSM 2 premeired. It was very fun. It was 4 days before her birthday. And this year the new Cheetah Girls movie is coming out the day before her birthday . . . so we get to have another movie premier birthday party. I have to admit I'm a big Sharpay/Ashley Tisdale fan myself.

I watched Camp Rock. It's your typical kid's tv movie I guess. I enjoyed a couple of the songs, but had to laugh at some of the patheticness of it. So yeah, HSM was way better.
