Yes, I would probaly annoy her, and countless others also, but, She just grates on me when she gives a speech. She is so loud, and forceful, and almost obnixous. Her voice needs help from professionals, and she needs a new speech writer. Please.

I think she learned too much from Howard Dean.

I think of all the candidates Hilary is probably the best speaker under pressure. Listen to her in a debate and she's like a political machine, completely unflappable. There's rarely a stutter or "um" in anything she says. McCain in contrast always sounds like he's going to fall asleep, while Obama is a good enough speaker, but he tends to inject a lot of "ums" into his unscripted speeches, and he still has a tendency to put his foot in his mouth. As much as I love Hilary, though, I do confess she is annoying me at the moment merely because she is staying in the race when there's no chance she'll win.

I caught an American speak about her this morning (with regard to yesterday's results I think) and the American said 'She just won't quit!' I just had to laugh!

Hillary annoys me, but Obama grates on me. He's like a Used Car Salesman or a Bible Thumper --- loud, fast talking, and full of fury to get his points across quickly; in order to get to his next stop; to what he must see as deaf and dumb people.

The laugh is the worst. Then there's those raised eyebrows when she comes into a room, and she bobs her head when she shakes eyes, all the time attempting to bite people with those raised eyebrows. AAUUGGHH!!!

quote:
Hillary Clinton: That means ready to take charge as Commander-in-Chief and make this economy work for middle class families. I’m in this race to fight for you, to fight for everyone who has ever been counted out, for everyone fighting to pay the grocery bills or the medical bills, the credit card and mortgage payments, and the outrageous price of gas at the pump today. And of course, all across the world, our men and women in uniform, some on your second, third or fourth tour of duty, you deserve a Commander-in-Chief who will finally bring you home and who will rebuild our strained military, do whatever it takes to care for our veterans wounded in both body and spirit. Pennsylvanians looked through all the heat and saw the light of a brighter tomorrow - a tomorrow of shared prosperity and restored world leadership for peace, security, and cooperation. So, it’s high time we stop talking about our problems and start solving them and that is what my campaign is all about. All through this campaign, I have offered solutions: solutions for good jobs you can raise a family on; jobs that can't be shipped overseas; and on Earth Day, clean, renewable green jobs that can put us on the right track to the future; solutions for independence from foreign oil and exploding gas prices; quality affordable healthcare not just for many Americans or most Americans but for every single American, no exceptions and no excuses; affordable college and real improvements in public schools, not the failure that is No Child Left Behind. We’re going to end the war on science and have a renewed commitment to science and research. We will tackle everything from Autism to Alzheimer’s, cancer to diabetes, and make a real difference. [sarcasm]WOW! I don't know why Hillary annoys all of you. Shoot, she is going to fix everything! I think they labeled the wrong person as the messiah of the Democratic party. Not only is she going to end the war in Iraq, but she is going to bring our troops home from the nasty ol' war on science. I don't know how many men we lost there! Not only that, but she is going to cure every disease known to man. I said it before but it deserves repeating WOW![/sarcasm]

I agree that speech was so annoying last night. She is so loud, and forceful, no humility. If it even is false humility, please she could fake a softer spirit.

Even if I didn't disagree with her on basically everything, she'd still annoy me beyond bearable. She's screechy and shrill and that school-marmy pursed lipped expression she always has give me inner anger.

For me it is the voice, and the " I" factor.

I shudder to think of where this country is headed. Oh btw, Hillary Clinton has the kind of personality that you have a strong oppinion of her either way, you either love her or hate her.
