Don't lie to me, now! We all know that everybody reading this has a "guilty pleasure television show!" You know the ones I'm talking about... the one's that you probably make fun of in the presence of your friends and family, or joke about around the watercooler at work. But when you're home alone, or the spouce is up in bed, you flip it on and endulge yourself in secret.

For me:

- Re-runs of "Voltron" and "The Super-Friends" (my wife has caught me watching these and gives me tons of grief for watching cartoons at the age of 33)

- "Ice Road Truckers" (I swore I'd never get into a reality series, but this one got a hold of me. I love cold weather, and I'd LOVE to live in Alaska.)

- "Amazing Race" (Again, for all the fun I've made of people who watch reality television shows, the fact that I like this probably makes me the biggst hypocrite of all time.)

So what television shows are the rest of you embarrassed to admit that you actually watch?

Don't tell my sister, but when she's watching the soaps I make so much fun of, I'm also watching along.

Oh, please, I'm 44 and I STILL watch cartoons, mostly Sat morning and some on Sat night on Cartoon channel. I won't miss any episode of 24 and Heroes, my two favey shows. I don't care about anything else.

And speaking of 24, guess what's coming back, guess what's coming back?? Jan 2009.

With the ever so sassy Niecy Nash. :)

My shows are Ugly Betty and The Office. I don't know if I should feel guilty or not...

No, because The Office is an amazing show.
But you should feel guilty for watching Ugly Betty

What is it about "24" where, no matter how improbable some of the stuff seems to be at the end of each season, regular viewers just HAVE to tune in for the entire next season to see what's going on?

That show is like heroine for the brain.... and I love it.

Oh, I can't even say mine out loud. It's terrible and horrible, but I watch it more as a case study.

I love Ugly Betty! Daniel is gorgeous

The Office and My Name is Earl are hilarious. I identify with both of those shows.

Yeah, I'm 46 & a cartoon watcher too. I'm getting bored of a lot of the repeats (I'm mostly watching ABC). I'm looking forward to getting satellite hooked up in the fall so I can get caught up on Discovery Kids since I've been missing them since they left NBC. I occasionly watch some of them on TBN too. k

Watching the Brady Bunch when I can could be considered a guilty pleasure.
