Have you seen the spin offs Torchwood and Sara Jane Adventures
Torchwood liked at first but then too much homoerotic inuendos destroyed it for me
yes I know the lead is gay in real life but I feel its thrown in our face.
Sara Jane ..like so far appears kid friendly. My 9 year old liked to watch Who untill the Blink episode, freaked her abit. stears clear of angelic statues o matter the size

I'm not crazy about the Sara Jane show, but if I had kids at home, we'd probably watch it.
