Wesley Snipes, star of the Blade trilogy motion pictures has been sentenced to three years in prison for failing to file tax returns for 1999-2001 (he reportedly has not filed a return since 1998). His total tax liability has yet to be determined. He claims to have been duped by "wolves and jackals" of the "Income Taxes are Illegal" movement. LINK
In related news, filming of Blade IV has been delayed due to the star's legal problems. The plot involves Vampires infiltrating Congress, passing new regulations requiring taxpayers give one pint of blood per each $10,000.

He is going to do time in a Federal Prison. Nearby to Raleigh is the Federal Prison Complex in Butner, NC. The low-security prison is part of the complex, it's more like a college dorm than a prison. It's a fall from his cushy life style, but it's not like a state maximum security prison.

Dude, I think you are confusing a fictional movie plot with a documentary about the IRS.
