Given the flamboyant media mogul's, successful return as Italy's prime minister, I'm wondering what are your thoughts on Silvio Berlusconi's almost, Lazarus-like streak for politics (this kind of reminds me of Israeli elections, every so often). Apart from the fractured coalition from the prior, Romano Prodi government (something about how Italian fringe parties can have so much a foothold in politics that when push comes to shove, by way of forming coalition governments, nothing gets done given Italy's notoriously bureaucratic tendencies--and hence why for the first time in Italian history, the Communist party have been voted out of office!), what can be expected with Berlusconi's prospective, coalition government--apart from his clownish tendencies to speak his mind? On a lighter side, I came across this interestingly, humorous article: http://www.thefirstpost.co.uk/people,870,can-berlusconis-women-save-italy,25058 'Kinda reminds me of that funny political poster, showing DNC women (i.e. Helen Thomas, Nancy Pelosi, Hilary Clinton, and possibly someone like Code Pink's Medea Benjamin) vs. GOP women (i.e. Laura Bush, Michele Malkin, Lauren Ingraham), under the moniker, "Theirs, Ours!"
