First one: is it a 'crazy' reaction to pray on my knees? I mean why do i have the need to sometimes be on my knees to pray? Not all the time, lol, but there are times that it"s kind of strong feeling to be on my knees. Well, sorry it is a bit hard to explain it ...
Second : When we die, do we still have the HolySpirit with us?

1. It is certainly not a crazy thing to pray on your knees. I, too, have felt compelled to my knees on occasion. It is a physical expression of humility and worship before the I AM, the Creator, the Alpha and Omega. I have even heard speakers compare the four points of your knees and feet on the ground as reminiscent of an altar. But remember, dear one, in Hebrews we are invited to enter the throne room with confidence and we are to pray continually so it is not practical to think that each time we address our Father, we must be on our knees. If you feel the need to do so at times, though, it is a lovely expression to God that you know to Whom you are speaking.
2. After we die, there is no need for the Holy Spirit to live within us because we will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. We will see His face and know Him in person. The Holy Spirit will likely have a large role in Heaven-- he is one third of the Triune God that we worship, but Jesus described the Spirit as the One who would replace Him after He left this Earth, living within us as a foreshadowing of the sort of fellowship that we will have with God when we get to Heaven.

Those are not silly questions . I too when I am having my quite time, I usually kneel or lay prostrate on the floor of my closet. I just feel the urge to come to Father with humility. I know we are told to come to the throne room boldly but I when I see who I am and who He is, and what he has done for me, I cant help but fall on my face to praise him and talk to him.
2nd question. I do not think the holy spirit will dwell with in us. He will still exist as mentioned above, He is part of the trinity. But I think the Holy spirit will be pointing toward God the Father and the Son.

Nothing wrong with praying on one's knees or laying prostrate on the ground, or sitting, or standing; the important part is to pray and pray often;
Paul says;
(1Th 5:17) Pray without ceasing.
The Bible teaches us that we will have the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption (the day we pass from this earth).
(Eph 4:30) And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
After we die we will either be in Heaven in the presence of God or be in hell without the presence of God.
The Bible teaches that the Holy Spirit is present before the throne of God, so we will be where the Holy Spirit is if we are there also.
If we do not overcome and our names are not written in the Book of Life then we will not be where either God or the Holy Spirit are at.

As everyone else has pointed out, praying on your knees (or even flat on your face) is perfectly alright....the important thing is to pray.
In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation--having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory. (Ephesians 1:13-14)
The Holy Spirit is the seal and promise of our salvation, we die we come into our inheritance and come into the presence of God...and since the Holy Spirit is God every bit as much as the father and Son are, yes we will still have the Holy Spirit...but undoubtedly our relationship with Him will be different since for one thing we will be able to see and directly talk to Him, and Jesus, and the Father.

There are many ways to pray and not any of them is right for everyone.
I pray with bowed head and often cover my eyes. I have prayed on my knees and prostrate but it seems always to be in reverent respect...
except one time. I was asked to pray for a hospital roomate and I did. He was a jewish fellow and I told him I would pray in Jesus name and he had no problem with that....so we prayed.
Raised arms...not unusual for me....but eyes heavenward and open and...I can't tell you what I said.
Guess you just have to let the Holy Spirit guide you.

Not silly questions first of all.
I skimmed the responses here and sounds like they had good advise. I think it's the holy spirit that compels you to pray on your knees. I pray on my knees whenever I'm able to and try to make a point of it every morning.
Once you die you'll be in heaven with God, so I don't think you will need the holy spirit the way you do now. The holy spirit is part of the Trinity, whom is part of one God. I really don't know the exact answer to that question just giving some perspective.

thanks everyone.
I feel so much the HolySpirit inside me that i'm kind of afraid to 'loose' Him after i die. It's like all my body is filled with Him and the feeling is hard to describe. I'm always in joy , even without rational reason, and i oftenly smile also without reason, just joy. During my work , on all occasions i have, i say to God Thank you, Thank You, Thank you. I would like so much that everybody feel that at least once in their lives and they can, it's free by the grace of God. But most people dont make the move to Jesus.
So, that's why i'm so afraid of loosing the HolySpirit. It is sure silly to be afraid of that because logically , in heaven it will be better than here but i just oftenly have that fear of loosing the HolySpirit.

You are expressing an understandable fear of the unknown-- I struggle with similar emotions when considering the thought of Heaven without marriage to my dh among other things. Here is the wonder of it all, though. You won't lose the Holy Spirit at all-- You will be in the physical presence of God. What we experience here on Earth is only a shadow of the things we will experience in Heaven. The joy that you know in the Spirit now is only a shadow of the joy you will know in the eternal presence of our God. This is truly something to look forward to, not to dread. We are hard-wired to fear what we haven't experienced, though, so don't be disouraged. Enjoy the fellowship you have with the Holy Spirit and rest assured that it will only get better!

Sometimes God moves us by the Holy Spirit to do certain things that we cannot understand at the moment,however we will in the long run.
